Highland Bagpipes and Scottish Smallpipes for Hire

About Vince

The Scottish Highland bagpipes have long tradition of adding a powerful musical presence to just about any type of event. I am an experienced performer on the Highland bagpipes and Scottish smallpipes, a smaller and quieter version of bagpipe, and have delivered many solo performances over the years at dances, parties, weddings, and other formal gatherings. I have been an active competing and performing piper for many years and have won many awards in competition. I have competed in Scotland at the World Pipe Band Championships, and performed onstage with the Chieftains. I have much experience in pipe bands playing at the highest level of performance and competition.

I currently run the website and blog Pipehacker.com and have published a book of tunes called Whisky Tunes. I also write articles for the online bagpipe school Dojo University.

I am well-versed in traditional and contemporary Scottish and Irish music and can work with you provide the right music for your event. The Scottish and Irish music traditions have a wealth of music to offer any occasion from traditional marches and lively dance tunes, to more somber, mood-setting airs and songs. You can get a small taste of some of that music by clicking the audio samples links below. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with special requests (see Contact info below). I look forward to helping you create a truly unique experience.

All the best,
